Bulk Email Distribution List Empty Bulk Email Distribution List

I'm looking for a free online service to manage an email distribution list. The following features are I'm looking for:

1) Recipients can opt-out
2) Stats.
3) No limit or high limits (e.g. 100) on the # of recipients or emails that can be sent.
